What's tommorrow?

Every night my 4 year old asks me "What's tomorrow?". I then have to tell her what day of the week it is. She promptly asks me "What is Tuesday?" or whatever day it will be. Then I have to tell her what we do that day. Whether it's Preschool day, gymnastics day, the day we just stay home together, family work day, or church day she is always excited about whatever the day is. This week since her biggest brother, who is her best friend, is gone she has to add "when is Friday", because that is when he will be back. How simple, but beautiful is the faith and excitement of a little child. What is tomorrow? And what wonderful things will happen that day?

Totally must be a 4 year old thing! Rhayn is so obsessed with knowing the day, and is it a day daddy gets to stay home? She wakes up "what day is today?" and I tell her so she can chime out to daddy "its Tuesday!" So exciting- what joy it must be to have such passion for the name of the day of the week!
