Stress
This morning I made a trip to the chiropractor. I go in about twice a year and get adjusted, it helps with my headaches. Today I went because my joints have been hurting for a month now. All of them - from my shoulders to my toes and everything in between. I figured that it has something to do with the fact that I have been off of all estrogen for 6 months now, but was hoping that he could do something to help me. Well, he tested me - I don't really understand how - it has something to do with pressure points and stuff. Anyway, he told me that my adrenogland (I don't know if that is spelled correctly) but my gland that runs the adrenaline, is missed up. He says that it's from having constant stress. He asked me if I have trouble with sleeping - waking up in the middle of the night - Yes!! If exercise makes the joints hurt more instead of less - Yes!! So, what can I do - well, I can go on a supplement that is a B complex, with some other stuff that helps repair the adrenogland. But, because for the next 6 months I have to be really careful not to take anything that produces female hormones I can't take it. So, I asked him what else I could do - he said take a strong B complex and then laughing said I could get rid of my stress - LOL. Sure, I'll just put my kids in a bubble for the next 6 months until I can get some estrogen back in my system and handle the stress better, right!! So, if you have any wonderful ideas for handling stress. LOL

I did read a story about a woman who watched funny movies to rid her body of cancer cells, maybe it could work on stress to. Oh, the power of the mind!!! That or send the kids off to boarding school, that might work too! Love ya, Tiff
Isn't dessert stressed spelled backwards? That may be your answer. Anyway, chocolate should help somehow.
