Well, our family vacation is over. It was fun, but I'm glad to be back home and ready for school and routines to start again. We had a wonderful time with cousins - getting to know them better and watching their friendships grow. We had lots of family bonding time - sleeping in our little pop-up tent trailer on the way up, and spending hours in the car together. We made stops on the way up at Independence Rock - which my kids climbed up like mountain goats, and Martin's Cove - where we pushed a handcart and made the 5 mile trek to the cove where the Willie and Martin handcart companies had to wait for someone to come and rescue them. And of course we had a great time visiting with my parents and spending time doing simple things like riding the behind the tractor and riding the horse. Lots of memories, lots of fun, and lots of love.
