A new sort of bomb
Did you know that a bottle of sparkling grape juice will explode when it hits cement?? Well, I found that out tonight. I had a bottle someone had given us for Christmas. Well, we don't really like it and so hadn't drank it. I put in on the shelf in my pantry, which is also Jason's closet. Tonight I was reaching for something on the shelf and in my clumsyness bumped the bottle, I wasn't fast enough and it fell to the floor. Well, when it hit it exploded. It didn't just break, the glass shot everywhere. It was like a bomb going off. What a mess. I'm sure that I will find pieces of glass and spots of grape juice on things for months to come. And I think next time someone gives me some we'll just throw it away.

Wow.. I'm surprised that you didn't get wounded! I can imagine the mess. One morning this past winter I was sleeping on the couch and one of my furry beasts jumped on the coffee table (back when they were bad and did such things) and knocked over a glass of wine, shattering the glass.. I still have spots on the couch and on the wall almost to the ceiling.. It's crazy how quickly grape juice stains everything..
The floor in the closet - which ws just cement - is a nice shade of blue now. And I did get one cut but that's all thank goodness.
