Okay - here goes:
1 yoga pilate workout with weights - and yes I made it to 30 minutes this week.
2 morning walks.
3 1/2 hours today running up and down stairs, pacing the stage, running back stage and yelling out cues and directions, as we had our technical rehearsal.
For Amie I work out in the mornings after the kids go to school, but I can do that because mine are all in school. In the summer I like to get up early and go walking while it is cool, but I don't like to go in the cold and dark. The only bad thing about working out in the late mornings is I sometimes don't get showered until 10:00 or so, then have to get over the guilt of not being dressed and ready for the day early. But I am working on the not feeling guilty part. I do have a friend that walks with me, and we are starting up again this week, we had to stop awhile she had sick kids off and on for the last month or so, but she's ready to go again. It makes it much easier to walk when I have someone to walk with. And she pushes a stroller so she gets a harder work out.
Now if I can just lay off the sugar - that's my down fall. Especially chocolate. I guess I just have to work out longer.
