FRIDAY!!!

Well, I almost made it. Two sessions of yoga/pilates with weights - but only 20 minutes each. Twenty minutes of walking followed by a hour of heavy yard work. Not quite 30 minutes each, but more than nothing. Have a great weekend!!

Together we can do this. What is that about a goal not written down? And we are even accountable to someone. Great way to start a new year isn't it!

Good start Yard work counts as 2 excersizes I think!

We're all starting from scratch and will get better! I think we deserve giant scoops of ice cream just for making the goals...no?
