Spring!!

Thank you to everyone for your help with my color dillima, I think I will go with a shade of brown. Now I just have to make the time to do it. This week I'm busy with choreography for my play, and Easter.

I love spring!!! I love looking at all the plants and checking to see if they have anything growing on them. I love the surprises I find. This morning I went out to plant some new petunias in my front flower beds. As I moved a pot I found all around it little baby plants, the pot had a type of moss rose (something like that) in it last year, and it must have seeded itself into the flower bed. Plus I found some hollyhocks that had planted themselves. That is one reason why I weed the flower bed myself -so the kids don't just pull everything up. I like to see what is growing. We did get our garden in this last weekend. Each kid has a section that they planted, they are so excited about it. If everything grows we'll have more than enough vegtables to share.

The other part of spring that I like is going for walks and seeing all the neighbors out. It's almost like the winter hibernation is over and everyone wants to be outside. I love the companionship it gives us with our neighbors. If I didn't say it before - I love spring!!!
